Hello and welcome to a place that’s really has been created with you in mind!
My name is Tanya Fisher, and I founded Working With Purpose to create a truly dynamic space where supervision is intentional, purposeful, and delivers real results. My approach is all about you—together, we’ll develop strategies that align with your unique goals and build the career you’ve always envisioned in this amazing industry. If you’re ready to elevate your professional journey, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
For almost 20 years, I've had the privilege of working across both private and non-government sectors. This journey has equipped me with the skills to support people through many of life’s challenges—whether it's navigating depression, managing anxiety, coping with life transitions, dealing with grief and loss, overcoming addictions, or tackling the complexities of relationships and career choices.
One of the best parts of my work is supervising Allied Health professionals from so many different organisations, practices, and backgrounds. I am in awe of the dedication and resilience of front-line staff, and I truly admire their ability and drive to make a real difference in their clients' lives.
With my signature quirky sense of humour, I like to bring a bit of lightness to supervision sessions. So, buckle up—it’s time to sharpen your skills, create a positive work environment, and take your career to the next level!
As a counsellor and Coach, I hold the qualifications of Master of Counselling, Bachelor of Social Science (Counselling), Graduate Diploma of Life Coaching, Cert IV in Training and Assessment. I hold a level 4 of 4 Clinical Membership with The Australian Counsellors Association – Registration Number 7861. Tanya is a Registered Clinical Member of PACFA - registration number 30260.
