At Working With Purpose, I see supervision as more than a requirement—it’s a space for realignment, reflection, and professional nourishment. I work with people who work with people, supporting them to stay grounded, ethical, and effective in their practice.
I believe that meaningful supervision begins with psychological safety. When people feel safe, they can speak openly, ask questions without fear, and explore the complexity of their work with honesty and curiosity. My approach is relational, reflective, and purpose-driven. I offer a space where counsellors and allied health professionals can pause, unpack, and grow.
Through open dialogue, practical strategies, and a deep respect for each person’s professional identity, I support people to stay well, avoid burnout, and grow in confidence. Supervision with me is not about fixing—it’s about fostering clarity, integrity, and resilience in the work we’re called to do.
